Can I return an item and get a refund?
Yes, you can! As long as it is unused and unworn, we will accept returns up to 28 days after receipt of the item for a full refund. The postage cost to return the item is covered by you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! We want you to have the perfect fit. If you find that your item isn’t quite right, we will exchange it for you as long as we receive it back within 28 days of receipt and it is unused and unworn. The postage cost to return it will be covered by you, but we will post a new item out free of charge. Please email email@example.com to arrange your exchange.
Can I return or exchange part of my Subscription Box?
If you have purchased our subscription box and you have found that the size of an item of clothing isn’t quite right, we will exchange that item for you as long as we have the correct stock and we receive it back within 14 days of receipt. Some clothing items will be exclusive and we will have very limited stock of them. If you are unsure of your sizing, please contact us so that we can advise you.
We will not part-refund any of the box. The box is sold as a singular item. If you wish to return your box, all original packaging and items must be unused and unworn and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Postage costs to return the box will be covered by yourself.
